: by focusing on our innovative low cost production process, and keeping company overhead low, we will keep costs down as the company grows and expands into foreign markets. This strategy led to dramatic growth in our local Turkish market and it is our belief that it will lead to comparable growth abroad.
Employee Support
: Because our process is unique in Turkey, it becomes vital that we retain the talent that we have aquirred, and that we are able to attract new tallent. As a small company each employees contribution is significant. We therefore do our best to make sure our employees can do far better than just putting food on the table.
Operational Excellence
: We believe strongly in continuously improving all of our operations. We are a highly adaptable and mobile company able to jump on new opportunities when they present themselves, and nearly unphased by the numerous events outside of our control. Careful planning, and constantly reinventing ourselves have made a very flexible company always able to meet our customers' expectations

Our attention to detail, and proactive attitude has helped Tecom rise above many of it's competitors. There is however, still a long way to go.
